When do I receive my reward?
Your free month (or months, for Enterprise referrals) is applied to your account within 5 business days of the referred organization completing their first paid month. We'll email you when it's applied.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
No limit. Refer 12 organizations and you could earn a full year free. There's also no cap on Enterprise referral bonuses — contact us if you're referring multiple enterprise accounts.
Do I need to be a current SilverLot customer to refer?
You must be a current paying customer to receive the account credit. If you're not yet a customer, you can still submit a referral — your reward will be applied when you sign up.
What if the organization I refer doesn't convert?
Rewards are only issued when a referred organization becomes a paying customer. If they don't convert, no reward is issued — but we'll always treat them professionally and never pressure sell.
Can I refer my own organization or a subsidiary?
Self-referrals and referrals between affiliated entities are not eligible for rewards. Referrals must be to unaffiliated third-party organizations.
What counts as an Enterprise referral?
Any organization that signs up for the Starter ($100+/user/mo), Mid-Size ($5,000/year), or Professional (custom) Enterprise plan qualifies as an Enterprise referral.
