Can I import my existing contacts from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes. All plans support CSV and XLSX import for contacts, companies, and deals. Enterprise plans include white-glove migration assistance from Salesforce, HubSpot, or any other CRM.
Is SilverLot CRM HIPAA compliant?
Enterprise plans include HIPAA-aware session management — 15-minute auto-timeout, session lock after 30 minutes hidden, and full audit logging. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for Enterprise customers. Self-Serve plans are not recommended for PHI storage.
Can I white-label SilverLot CRM for my clients?
Yes — the Professional plan lets you deploy SilverLot CRM under your own brand at each client's domain. Each client gets an isolated database, full feature set, and your branding. Contact us to discuss reseller pricing and revenue share options.
Can I cancel anytime?
